Setting up a Pioneered Account

You have received access to what is called a pioneered account. This page will tell you how to complete your account activation.

This is how it works

  1. Open your browser and go to the website from the cover letter. As an alternative, you can also activate the account directly in the app.

    Important

    Please use the access data your employer has given you.

  2. Enter your first name and last name, as well as your private e-mail address.

    Important

    Since this is a private account, you may use only a private e-mail address.

  3. Select a new password for your account that contains capital letters, numbers, and special characters.
  4. If you have a subscription provider, they provide double-encrypted delivery for one or more services. If you want to use them to store your documents even more securely, enable the option Protect received documents with an additional password and then enter a key password.
  5. After that, confirm the Terms and Conditions of Service and complete the registration by clicking on Register .
  6. You will then receive an e-mail with an activation link. Please follow the instructions contained in this e-mail. The activation key is valid for only 24 hours! Once you click on the activation link, your account will be activated.

Once you have registered, the account for pay slips is activated, and new pay slips will be moved into the area Documents > My providers > Your employer > Pay slips.

Important

This folder is visible only after the first document has been delivered!

An e-mail will be sent to the private e-mail address defined in your account for every new staff document.
