Clearing the Recycle Bin

You can restore documents in the recycle bin at any time. If you want to delete documents irrevocably, you must also delete them from the recycle bin.

This is how it works

  1. Select System in the left column.
  2. There, select Recycle bin.
  3. Select the documents you would like to delete.
  4. Click on Delete.
  5. Confirm that you want to irreversibly delete these documents by placing a check mark beside the option Yes, delete permanently
  6. Click again on Delete to permanently remove the document from the system and close the dialog.


    You cannot undo this step.
